About Pierce Builders:
Built on experience. Focused on the details.
Pierce Builders is a Cleveland-area remodeling company built around careful planning, skilled craftsmanship and straightforward communication. Owner Dylan Pierce brings more than 30 years of construction experience to residential and light-commercial projects throughout Greater Cleveland.
Experience That Shapes the Work
Dylan Pierce has worked in construction since 1994, beginning as a journeyman plumber before moving into homebuilding, remodeling, geothermal systems, solar energy and commercial construction.
His career has included senior project-management roles overseeing commercial construction and solar projects, as well as serving as Director of Field Services for Indie Energy in the Chicago area. Those positions involved field operations, material procurement, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, quality control and the day-to-day execution of complex projects.
Today, that experience shapes the way Pierce Builders approaches residential remodeling and improvement work throughout Greater Cleveland: careful planning, direct communication, practical problem-solving and hands-on attention to the details that determine how well a project performs over time.
