About the Owner

Dylan Pierce has been working in the construction industry since 1994. He began his career as a journeyman plumber on new construction developments, where he was struck by the immense amount of material waste generated on job sites. Driven by the belief that there had to be a better, more sustainable way to build, he enrolled at Prescott College in 2001 to pursue a degree in Environmental Science with an emphasis in Ecological Design and Green Building.

Since then, Dylan has built a career at the intersection of craftsmanship and sustainability. He has worked across a broad range of sectors including geothermal, solar energy, homebuilding, and residential and commercial renovations—always with a focus on efficiency, durability, and environmental responsibility.
